Kick Khemicals Out Of Your Life
Definition of "khemicals"
"Khemicals" are chemical compounds,
which do not contribute to the survival of the human being. They include
most compounds known commonly as street drugs, prescription drugs, over the
counter drugs, legal drugs, such as alcohol, nicotine, caffeine and other
addictive substances.
Theory
The human being is not biologically set up for
these relatively new or concentrated compounds, for example processed sugar,
alcohol, and other evolutionarily new compounds.
Khemicals compromise the integrity of the body
by taking the place of normal body chemicals, compromise normal body chemical
processes (in ways we can't even imagine), and therefore compromise normal
bodily systems and functions, eventually resulting in premature aging and
death.
Khemicals can weaken the mind and body and thus
the willpower to resist other khemicals.
Khemicals feed on each other. For
example, nicotine and alcohol "cancel" out each other
psychologically, but not physically. The body resists khemicals, and it
takes more and more of them to get the same psychological effect. This
is known as developing a "tolerance". The consequences are
greater and greater damage to the mind and body.
Therapy
Pick one khemical at a time to kick . . . an
easy one first. If it is a prescription drug, consult a physician who is
knowledgeable about all of the effects of your khemical first.
In addition, do the following:
- Exercise, 20 minutes, 3 times per week
- Take natural vitamins & supplements
daily
- Get sufficient sleep and relaxation
- Eat mostly unprocessed and uncooked food
If you can stick with the above for 21
days, you should make it for the rest of your life without the khemical.
