In order to gain an insight into the diet best
suited to the human species, we have to look at how preneolithic man ate over
the millions of years of evolution, before the development of agriculture, and
certainly before the very recent developments in food technology. We shall
then find that the nearer we get to eating foods that are not manmade, the
better our diets will be, not only in vitamin content but in all other
respects.
